In King James,His Bible and its Translators,Laurence Vance details the lineage of King James and how he became King of England, the history and significance of Hampton Court and the conference held there that would lead to the translation of our English Bible, known as the Authorized Version.

Listed are the 54 translators and the resources they used in its translation.
Also mentioned are the so-called revisions,an explanation of them, the editions, archaic words and the Bible as a Standard.

Today's modern churches no longer have the Bible as a Standard.

This book has a lot of names, dates and history. I recommend it to anyone.

Your welcome. :D

With the exception of a few paragraphs, that essay is in the book. Great article nonetheless.
I think that Laurence Vance sometimes gets overshadowed by other authors like Gail Riplinger, even though she references his material.
This is an excellent book!

Br. Vance was one of our instructors at PBI back in the 90's. He knows his stuff, and is a diligent student. His books are well worth reading.
