One of the men listed in this lawsuit is R.B. Oullette who has been prominent in the Sword of the Lord and other large Fundamentalist movements. They are suing the US Government for a violation of the First Amendment in regards to Religious Liberty and the recently passed Hate Crimes Bill.
It is a sad day in America when we have to sue our own government over an issue that was settled in 1789!!!! (The year the Constitution was ratified, for those who didn't know!)

we have just had a bill go through the commons which would force churches to employ as youth leaders etc people who are athiests or homosexuals if they applied but when it went to the house of lords it lost the vote and the government have said they will not resubmit it, how long will it be before it rears its head again and may be it could be a worse bill we can see the beginnings of the tribulation taking shape.
