"Income"
The portion of the government's money that is distributed to you through your employer, or by other means.

"Taxes"
The portion of income that the government reclaims for itself while graciously letting you keep the rest. The government then distributes much of this money to provide for those who have as much right to an income as you do, but do not have employers or other means of income. Much of this money also goes to subsidize other rights (see definition above).

"Affordable Care Act" a.k.a. "Obamacare"
Synonym for Socialism, originally promoted as a system where one would be able to keep their own doctor and save money on healthcare.

"Immigration Reform"
In the liberal context, these are code words for changing American immigration policy to an open borders system. For open border advocates, the phrase "Immigration Reform" can include doing nothing while hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens ( including teenage gang members and cartel members ) follow a coordinated plan to invade and destabilize areas of the southwest.

"U.S. Border Security"
A nonexistent conceptual phrase, similar to terms like "bigfoot" and "original greek manuscript." American citizens who insist on this will be attacked, for lacking sympathy or showing "irrational fear or antipathy towards foreigners." See also: "Xenophobia" in original post.

"Patriotism"
Originally meant a love of country and a willingness to sacrifice for it. In worldly liberal circles it is now considered not to be cool, and religious conservatives have compromised with the world and changed the meaning into some ethereal feeling that has no meaning because, like the liberals, they have no love or willingness to sacrifice, but aren't honest enough to admit it. True patriotism also depends somewhat on knowledge of the history and politics of the country. Some religious conservatives will misuse certain verses of the Bible to make their lack of knowledge, wisdom, and patriotism out to be a virtue. As such, there is little true patriotism today, and the field is wide open for those who hate the godly principles a country was founded upon to change it.

BTW: Happy 4th of July weekend, what's left of it! (I would call it Independence Day, but there's probably few people who would know, or care, what that means.)

I agree Jeff. It seems like Patriotism is considered by the current administrations as right-wing threats on the lunatic fringe.

A man that can take his hat off and put his hand on his heart facing the U.S. Flag while the National Anthem is being played..... I'm thinking not only how did he get into office, but WHY did he even WANT to? Well, I have very creepy suspicions as to the answer of the WHY.

A few new ones for the list! -->

"Antifa" Protester
A Communist, Marxist, Socialist, or any person on the Left who assembles under a red flag while publicly and violently calling for the end of American capitalism. "Antifa" Protesters readily adopt the brutal actions of fascists, while pretending to be "anti-fascist."

"Religious Liberty"
This term used to apply to Christians, but now it only applies to people from Muslim nations who have demonstrated they fully intend to usurp and destroy Christianity in every corner of the world. Whenever you hear a Liberal talking about the importance of "Religious Liberty," there is a 98% chance they are referring to the importance of protecting foreigners coming in from Muslim nations that fully support Sharia Law. It should be noted that Sharia Law only protects the "liberty" of ONE religion!

"Racist"
It seems strange to have to redefine this word but in today's modern Liberal vernacular the meaning has changed! According to Liberal Democrats and Communists, the term "racist" now means -- "America" -- or anything representing America, including but not limited to: our American flag, America's Constitution, the American people, American patriots, any type of American law enforcement, any type of American barricade or wall designed for national security, or any notion of U.S. borders. In 2016, Louisiana Democrat Barbara Norton indicated that America’s Declaration of Independence was racist and requiring children to quote it was "unfair." "Racism" can now be applied to any founding document, phrase or truth that liberals and progressives might disagree with. The term "racist" is now immediately applied to any Republican, citizen or entity that disagrees with the agenda of UC Berkeley, Liberal Democrats and Communists.

Quote:
The first lawsuit challenging Tennessee’s new law defining terms by their ‘natural meaning’ has been filed, just four days after the governor signed off on the measure.

The law assigns "natural and ordinary meaning" to terms in state law and was signed by Gov. Bill Haslam on Thursday.

At 8:53 a.m. Monday, four same-sex couples filed a lawsuit in Davidson County Chancery Court naming Haslam, Tennessee Health Commissioner John Dreyzehner and the Tennessee Department of Health as defendants.
